What you can expect

What we do. Shopify stores for jewelry and DTC brands: Klaviyo email, fixes on the path to checkout, accessibility, wholesale portals, builds and migrations.
How we work. Software and AI tools do the counting, the first drafts, and the repetitive parts. A person tests and signs off on everything that ships. Count on the live store. Fix in the theme. Test again.
Why we get it. We have built and run stores of our own. We know what a leaking checkout, a dead email list, or a demand letter feels like, and how little time you have to deal with it. That is why every job starts with what you need most, in writing, and moves fast from there.

Three things you won’t get from us.
- OverlaysNo accessibility overlay widget. Those pop-up toolbars don’t fix the code, and stores that use them still get sued. We fix your theme instead.
- BadgesNo “ADA compliant” badge or certificate. Nobody can honestly promise that. You get a test against WCAG 2.2 AA on the pages we list, and a dated record of what was fixed.
- Made-up numbersEvery figure on this site was measured on a real store. We name a client only when they say we can.
