If you sell in more than one language

Your customers shop in two languages. Your emails speak one.

A gift brand selling in Spanish and English, with a storefront we had built and follow-up email that had to work in both languages.

They came with

A store in two languages, and email that had to match.

We had built the storefront. Customers arrived in Spanish and in English, and every automatic email had to reach them in the language they shopped in, or it would read as a form letter from somewhere else.

What we built

Five flows, written twice.

Five automatic email flows in Klaviyo, each written in Spanish and in English, so a customer is followed up in the language they shopped in. Built, tested with real sends, and connected to the store.

What we recommended

Every flow shipped with a one-page map of what triggers it, who it goes to, and when. The brand’s own team edits and runs the flows without us, which is the point: email that depends on an outside studio is email that stops.

What we do not publish

Their numbers are theirs.

Open rates and revenue from these flows belong to the client. We publish only what we measured ourselves and what the client has agreed to share, so this page shows what was built, not what it earned.

If this is you

One language of email for a two-language store is money left on the table.

Every flow needs both versions, and a trigger that knows which one the customer shopped in. Klaviyo can do it. It has to be built, once, and written twice, and then it runs on its own.
